Every platform starts with how the business runs today: the jobs, the paperwork and the workarounds. The spreadsheet someone keeps on the side is usually the real specification, and we would rather learn it before we design anything than discover it after launch.
We build mostly in Laravel, with Next.js and Postgres where they suit the job, and we design for the moments that decide whether staff trust a system or work around it: a job sheet submitted without signal, a payment confirmed twice, a price that changes after a quote has gone out.
You work directly with the two of us, from the first conversation to launch and beyond. Several of the platforms in our portfolio are still growing with their clients today, a feature at a time, as the business does.

What's the difference between a website and bespoke software?
A website mostly tells people about your business. Bespoke software does part of the work: pricing a job, booking it in, tracking it on site, invoicing it. Plenty of projects are both, like a public website with a quote calculator on the front and an admin system behind it.
What do you build with?
Mostly Laravel, plus Next.js and Postgres where they suit the job. Payments run through Stripe, with PayPal and Klarna added where customers expect them.
Can it work without an internet connection?
Where it needs to. The field app we built for ABM Contracting saves job sheets on the device when there's no signal and submits them on its own once the connection returns, with protection against duplicates.
Do you work with businesses outside Southend?
Yes. We're based in Southend-on-Sea and have built platforms for clients across Essex and London, working in person where it helps and remotely where it doesn't.
