Pricing updates live as customers choose metal and length, and the secure checkout supports Stripe, PayPal and Klarna, with guest checkout and an AJAX-driven coupon system that recalculates the order total instantly. Returning customers get a personal dashboard with full order history, shipping snapshots and profile management, so nothing needs an email to sort out.
Behind the storefront sits a custom Laravel-powered admin suite: colour-coded order statuses updated in one click, Royal Mail tracking built into shipping notifications, live status-filter counts and full coupon management. Branded transactional emails run at every step, from welcome to dispatch.
